1. General Information

We strive to keep stock counts accurate, but occasionally, items may become unavailable after purchase.

  • If this happens, we will ship the available products and notify you regarding the out-of-stock item.
  • You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the:

  • Product weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination

These charges are included in your total order cost and are collected during purchase.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Change of Mind

We accept returns due to change of mind if:

  • You request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is at your expense and must be arranged by you.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit.
  • Shipping fees paid originally are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims made within 90 days of receiving the product.

Process:

  • You must prepay the return shipping.
  • Upon a successful warranty claim, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Upon approval, you can choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • A replacement product (if available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping Time

Orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days across India.

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Note:
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. We strive to minimize delays during closures.

4.3 Change of Address

We can update your delivery address before dispatch. Please contact us immediately for changes.

4.4 P.O. Box Delivery

We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.5 Military Addresses

We can ship to military addresses using USPS only.

4.6 Out-of-Stock Items

If any product is out of stock at the time of dispatch:

  • It will be removed from your order
  • You will receive a refund for the missing item

4.7 Delayed Deliveries

If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will be able to track your package directly through your account on our website.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged on arrival:

  • Please refuse the delivery if possible and notify us.
  • If the delivery was left unattended, contact our customer support immediately for assistance.

7. Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website include applicable sales tax.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

9. Shipping Insurance

Your parcels are insured for:

Up to the courier’s declared value.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed after courier confirmation of damage.

9.2 Lost Parcels

If a package is confirmed lost after courier investigation, a refund or replacement will be issued.
