Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product, for any reason.
To cancel:
- The cancellation period is 7 days from the date you receive the Goods, or when a third party (not the delivery carrier) takes possession on your behalf.

Once we receive the returned item, you will be reimbursed within 7 days, using the original payment method. You won’t be charged any refund processing fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized goods
- Perishable items or those with a past expiry date
- Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons
- Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable, unless required by law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments and cannot process refunds without receiving the goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the return value.
- Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
